Mastering Inner Peace: Overcoming Unconditional Frustrations

Mastering Inner Peace: Overcoming Unconditional Frustrations 1. Acknowledge Your Emotions Without Judgment. Frustration often arises when things don’t go as expected, leaving us feeling powerless. The first step to handling unconditional frustration is to acknowledge your feelings instead of suppressing them. Accept that frustration is a natural response and remind yourself that emotions are temporary. When you recognize frustration without judgment, you give yourself the space to process and move forward rather than getting stuck in negativity. 2. Shift Your Perspective and Reframe the Situation.    Frustration usually stems from unmet expectations. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, reframe the situation by looking for opportunities. Ask yourself: "What can I learn from this?" or "Is this truly a setback or just a redirection?" By shifting your mindset, you transform frustration into growth. Every challenge carries a lesson, and adopting a flexible persp...

Merak Sakteng: The Highland’s Embrace

Merak Sakteng: The Highland’s Embrace Amidst the peaks where the whispers flow, Through valleys where crimson rhododendrons grow, Lies Merak Sakteng, wild and free, A realm of wonder, a land of glee. Yak bells chime in the mountain air, As nomads tread with hearts so rare, Draped in chubas of scarlet hue, Guardians of traditions, proud and true. Clouds descend in a silver dance, Over emerald meadows, they weave a trance, Mystic tales in the zephyrs ride, Of ancient spirits, side by side. Oh, land where the dawn unfolds so bright, Bathed in the Himalayan golden light, Merak Sakteng, in thee I see, A timeless song of serenity.

As I Am, So Is My Nation? - Tshering Gyeltshen

Looking at what’s happening in Ukraine, I am immeasurably and emotionally grateful to our wise and visionary Kings for the beautiful, peaceful and glorious country that we are bestowed with to live in and call our own. What a job it must be to carve and maintain a nation and the delicate project of sovereignty that sits at its very core! Even as I’m caught up in the choking grips of the pandemic and staring helplessly at heart-rending images from Ukraine, I’m thinking of the idea of a Nation, of Nationhood, Nation-belonging and Nation-building. I am glad I seriously reconsidered my overseas plans after the Royal Address in April 2020 when the pandemic struck. I’m glad I have started a venture that gives me the opportunity to repay in some measly measure this unpayable debt that I owe to our peerless Kings and our most precious motherland. Did someone say, As I Am, So Is My Nation? I am thinking. Thinking. Thinking. Working. STAY SAFE and LOVE OUR COUNTRY peeps. PALDEN DRUKPA GYALO...

Close Your Mouth

Buying a house?  Close your mouth. 🙊 Buying a new car?  Close your mouth. 🙊 Getting married?  Close your mouth. 🙊 Going on a holiday?  Close your mouth. 🙊 Going to do a course?  Close your mouth. 🙊 Got promoted?  Close your mouth. 🙊 99% of the time the reason that our dreams/visions don't come true when they are supposed to, is because we open our mouth too soon to the wrong people at the wrong time.  We were wrong to share our projects/successes with people who claim to be "friends".  The envy and the low key jealousy is enough for people to feed off of and tear down what COULD HAVE BEEN, before it even happens, so... Close your mouth!!! 🙊 The majority of your "friends", want to see you do well but Never better than them!!   And just a reminder!  Even family members have a hidden envy!!! But, they can't stop what God has for you! 💪👋🙌 འབྱུང་གནས: མི་སྡེ་བརྡ་བརྒྱུད།

Don't go far off, not even for a day, because... Pablo Neruda

Don't go far off, not even for a day, because --   because -- I don't know how to say it: a day is long  and I will be waiting for you, as in an empty station  when the trains are parked off somewhere else, asleep.  Don't leave me, even for an hour, because  then the little drops of anguish will all run together,  the smoke that roams looking for a home will drift  into me, choking my lost heart.  Oh, may your silhouette never dissolve on the beach;  may your eyelids never flutter into the empty distance.  Don't leave me for a second, my dearest,  because in that moment you'll have gone so far  I'll wander mazily over all the earth, asking,  Will you come back? Will you leave me here, dying? Pablo Neruda (1904-1973) writes this poem about the intense love between two people. A man is so strongly connected to his lover that he fears what will happen if she ever decides to leave. He doesn’t want her to be away from him, even...
